We know that many people have questions when it comes to financial information. How do I do this? and What will happen if I do this? As well as questions about what we at YMA do. Your records should contain clear documentation of all transactions that have transpired with your company. Sketchy or incomplete records that use approximates instead of exact amounts are not acceptable by CRA.
Documentation that is not complete, can lead to CRA disallowing expenses.

We charge both ways, depending on the service we are offering and what our client prefers.
For on-site bookkeeping, one of our bookkeepers goes to work in your office, at your desk and on your computers. For off-site bookkeeping, we pick up documents from you and process them in our office and return them during our next visit.
We value privacy and confidentiality. We will not be giving out your information to any third party unless requested by you in writing. We also back-up and encrypt any information regarding your records that we maintain, to redundant drives to avoid the possibility of deletion.
When you hire someone to come into your office to do the work you have: office space expenses, additional equipment expenses, payroll expenses, benefits expenses and tax payments. All of these expenses add up over time. When you use our services, you eliminate most of these expenses because the employment, office and equipment expenses are paid by us.
Absolutely not. You maintain 100% control of your finances and decision-making. You are given access to your company's financial file so that you can review it and print reports at any time. We also print and email financial reports for you to use when running your business.

We use Wave Accounting, Xero Accounting, Kashoo Accounting and Quickbooks Online for bookkeeping and accounting. For tax filing we use My Tax Express. We also use HubDoc, Google Drive, Evernote, Dropbox, and Onedrive
